There was a time in my life when searching for the perfect hot fudge sauce was tantamount to breathing, but after a few months of banging my tastebuds against the wall I started thinking I could do better myself. It took a good portion of a calendar year to perfect Heavens to Betsy, and a while longer to bring it to market. Lots of hard work for sure, but it was 100% worth it for a variety of good reasons, not the least of which is that one flavor or another seems to have drawn a smile on the faces of more than a few chocolate lovers. If you are among them, I offer an enthusiastic thank you for your gracious support and, in some cases, your passion for Heavens to Betsy. Unfortunately, I have removed my apron and left the kitchen for the last time and our sauces are no longer in production.
