Thankfully, though, we’re not all stamped out of the same mold — most especially Aunt Beulah’s. That’s why some people prefer a hint of orange in their chocolate, while others swoon at the combination of chocolate with either cherry or almond. There are even fudge sauce aficionados that elevate the natural sophistication of dark chocolate with espresso. Yep, espresso.

Farewell. And thank you so much!

There comes a time in every woman's life... and this is it.

There was a time in my life when searching for the perfect hot fudge sauce was tantamount to breathing, but after a few months of banging my tastebuds against the wall I started thinking I could do better myself. It took a good portion of a calendar year to perfect Heavens to Betsy, and a while longer to bring it to market. Lots of hard work for sure, but it was 100% worth it for a variety of good reasons, not the least of which is that one flavor or another seems to have drawn a smile on the faces of more than a few chocolate lovers. If you are among them, I offer an enthusiastic thank you for your gracious support and, in some cases, your passion for Heavens to Betsy. Unfortunately, I have removed my apron and left the kitchen for the last time and our sauces are no longer in production. I hope your love of a great hot fudge sauce leads you to your next Heavens to Betsy and, again, please accept my heart felt gratitude for all your support. Best wishes.
