We’re teeny tiny, and brand new, but there’s always something going on at Heavens to Betsy, most of which you can keep up with by following us on Instagram. But we’ll post things here as well, so you won’t have to go rummaging around that kitchen junk drawer known as the internet.

Heavens to Betsy exhibits at the 2024 Northwest Chocolate Festival.

In October this year (2024) we were an official exhibitor at the Northwest Chocolate Festival in Bellevue, Washington. It was our first foray into the wider chocolate show world — an experience defined by 1) what we learned, 2) how gracious and friendly the attendees and exhibitors were, and 3) the most popular word at the show…which was “wow.” We heard that from literally every person that tasted Heavens to Betsy. Makes us want to go back next year.

I've enjoyed every flavor H2B makes, each silky smooth and gently kissed with hints of almond, orange, espresso, or cherry, and none overpowering the real reason we came to this party: the insane richness of the chocolate.

I gave Heavens to Betsy to my work colleagues. They were over the moon. A common refrain was that the jar was literally GONE in two days. Spoonfuls of the chocolate and on top of ice cream were the bomb.

We keep it simple with vanilla bean ice cream. A quick heat in the microwave and ta-da! — a warm, luxurious topping that takes dessert to a whole new level. We love espresso and midnight. PS — they make great gifts, too!

Vanilla ice cream will never be the same. Heavens to Betsy quenches my mid-afternoon chocolate craving. I occasionally find myself grabbing it from the fridge and enjoying one amazing spoonful... well maybe two!

I ordered Heavens to Betsy as holiday gifts for my friends… ended up keeping five for myself, since once I tried one flavor I had to try them all. The almond is decadence for almond lovers and the espresso is dark coffee goodness. My friends are already asking for more!

Heavens to Betsy fudge sauce is soooo yummy on ice cream! It reminds me of my grandmother’s fudge recipe but is so much easier.

This chocolate sauce is so rich and creamy. Its sweetness is just right. I love to treat myself by taking a teaspoon out of the jar and savoring every lick!! But it’s also delish warmed up over ice cream or melted in a latte!

I can't get enough of the orange one. I find myself looking for excuses to break it out. But I also love having so many flavor options.
